1. Nature of this application

Alex's EA (“the App”) is a private, single-user tool operated by Catalyst Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”) for the exclusive use of Alex Golimbievsky. It is not a public service, and these terms exist solely to satisfy Google's OAuth application requirements.

2. Access

Access to this App is restricted to the sole authorized user. No public registration or access is available. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Google API usage

The App accesses Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) via OAuth on behalf of the authorized user. Use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. AI processing

Data accessed through Google APIs is processed by third-party AI systems (Anthropic Claude) to generate briefings and draft communications. By using this App, the authorized user consents to this processing. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.

5. No warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a personal productivity tool, not a commercial product.

6. Limitation of liability

Catalyst Consulting LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App, including but not limited to missed emails, incorrect summaries, or unintended communications.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Governing law

Oklahoma state law governs these terms.
