Google API access
This application uses Google OAuth to authenticate and access the following services on behalf of its sole authorized user:
This is a single-user personal tool. No other users have access. Data accessed through Google APIs is processed by AI systems (Anthropic Claude) solely to generate briefings and draft communications for the account holder. Data is not stored beyond the active session, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than delivering the assistant's features.
You can revoke access at any time via Google Account permissions.
How it works
- Pulls unread emails from Gmail, calendar events, and Slack messages
- Triages items by urgency using priority rules (Thrive > ExitStudio > YAMU > Personal)
- Generates prioritized briefings delivered to Slack at scheduled intervals
- Drafts responses for urgent and high-priority items in Alex's voice
- Tracks follow-up threads that have gone unanswered beyond 24 hours
